Norelle: Laatste woning beschikbaar

Norelle is a small-scale new-build project located in Bornem, along Klein-Mechelen, comprising four contemporary homes. The architecture is clean and timeless, combining grey-beige brick façades with black accents and wooden details to create a modern and refined look.
Inside, each home has been designed with careful attention to natural light, logical flow and overall living quality. The living area and kitchen connect seamlessly, forming the heart of the home, while large windows allow for abundant natural light and create a direct connection to the garden. Here, you are not simply living in a standard new-build house, but in a thoughtfully designed home — functional, yet offering a true sense of space.

The location in Bornem combines tranquillity with easy accessibility. Shops, schools and major access roads are all within close reach, while at home you enjoy a pleasant residential setting. A place you’ll be happy to return to every day.

Each home at Norelle is nearly energy-neutral and complies with current energy standards, with a maximum E-level of E30. This means a home that is already prepared for the future.
The combination of an air-to-water heat pump and underfloor heating ensures even heat distribution and a stable indoor climate. The integrated solar installation is designed to achieve the targeted E-level, while the Type D ventilation system with heat recovery continuously supplies fresh air throughout the home.

For you as a buyer, this translates into lower energy consumption, an efficient home and an investment that retains its value over the long term. In addition, this favourable E-level may entitle you to a reduction in property tax during the first few years.
Here, you live energy-efficiently without compromising on quality of life — technically well designed, yet above all comfortable for everyday living.

Norelle is offered on a turnkey basis, with a high-quality standard finish and clearly defined budgets for the kitchen, sanitary fittings and floor finishes. An amount of €10,000 (excluding VAT) is allocated for the kitchen, along with an additional budget for sanitary fittings, depending on the type of home.
This means you are not starting from a blank canvas, but from a solid foundation that you can personalise to suit your preferences. In consultation with the customer coordinator, you make your selections in the showroom — from flooring and wall tiles to sanitary fixtures and optional upgrades. Everything is handled within a clear framework, with transparent cost calculations.

From the moment of purchase, you are supported by a dedicated contact person who guides you throughout the entire construction process. Clear agreements, structured procedures and professional support allow you to look forward to completion with complete peace of mind.
Norelle combines the convenience of a turnkey approach with the freedom to create a home that truly reflects your style and needs.
