Merelstraat

Along Merelstraat in Harelbeke, two semi-detached new-build homes are currently under development in a pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. You’ll live in an environment where coming home feels easy and relaxed, with shops, schools and public transport all within walking distance — convenient for everyday life, without sacrificing tranquillity.
The homes feature contemporary architecture and immediately offer a sense of openness and light. Thanks to a thoughtfully designed layout and a seamless connection with the garden, you enjoy a pleasant living environment where everything feels well balanced.

Inside, everything is designed with everyday comfort in mind. The open-plan living area forms the heart of the home: a welcoming space where cooking, dining and relaxing flow naturally together, filled with natural light and directly connected to the outdoors. Each home offers three comfortable bedrooms, providing ample space for a family, working from home or personal activities. The bathroom is practically and carefully finished, featuring a walk-in shower and double washbasin. Everything is logically designed so you can move in and feel at home right away.

From an energy perspective, this project is also perfectly in step with its time. The homes achieve an exceptional E-level of −18, reflecting a highly energy-efficient way of living. This results in a pleasant indoor climate and low energy costs throughout the year.
Thanks to a carefully considered combination of solar panels, a home battery, a rainwater tank and high-performance energy-efficient systems, comfort is intelligently combined with sustainability. In practice, this can lead to very low monthly energy bills, in some cases around €20 per month, depending on individual consumption.
No complex systems, but smart choices that ensure comfortable living today and peace of mind for the future.
