Gustave: Laatste rondleiding op 31/10 voor de sloop

Gustave is designed as a new neighbourhood, not as a closed-off development. Around a public square, green park areas and two private gardens, a place takes shape where people can meet as well as retreat. The entire site is car-free, creating a peaceful and safe outdoor environment.
The historic chapel remains the recognisable heart of the project. Shops, cafés, schools and healthcare facilities are all within walking distance. The River Scheldt is close by. With a Mobiscore of 8.8, you live centrally and well connected, without relying on your car on a daily basis.

The residential offer is deliberately varied. You’ll find studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, complemented by penthouses at the top of the project. Each building has its own atmosphere and location, allowing you to choose what suits you today and still feels right tomorrow.
All apartments feature a terrace, oriented towards the square, the inner garden or the park area. Those who enjoy liveliness will feel at home near the square; those who prefer quiet will find their place closer to the greenery. This freedom of choice is one of Gustave’s key strengths.
The penthouses are located higher up and in a quieter setting, with plenty of natural light and generous outdoor spaces. They form a story of their own within the project, for those seeking more space and privacy without losing their connection to the city.
