Biesemstraat

Along the Biesemstraat in Geetbets, two modern open-plan homes are taking shape, with quality of life at the heart of the project. Each home features a bright, open living area and four comfortable bedrooms — ideal for families seeking space and an airy living environment. Thanks to a carefully considered design, indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly into one another, creating a pleasant sense of openness that can be enjoyed every day.

These homes have been designed with particular attention to energy efficiency and everyday living comfort. With an exceptional E-level of −18, they meet the highest standards in new-build construction. This is immediately reflected in a pleasant indoor climate and structurally lower energy costs compared to many other homes, throughout the year.
Thanks to smart, energy-efficient technologies, the energy generated is used to its full potential. In practice, this can result in very low monthly energy bills, in some cases around €20 per month, depending on individual consumption. Comfort comes naturally here: cool in summer, warm in winter, without any extra effort.
Sustainability is rooted in well-considered choices that you experience every day — a pleasant living environment and a home that remains, over the long term, a relevant and worry-free choice.

Geetbets offers a calm, rural living environment that invites relaxation and a slower pace of life. At the same time, shops, schools and main access roads remain easily accessible. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside while staying well connected to nearby towns and villages.
An ideal place to live for those who value peace and quiet without giving up accessibility.
